 The childbirth education class that Allie led was very informative and insightful. Allie is super knowledgable in all things birth - from pregnancy and beyond - and she has been a wonderful guide to have as I enter this new journey into motherhood. Allie has been my doula since the summer and as I'm nearing the end of my pregnancy journey, I could not be more grateful to have her alongside with us! Both my husband and I have learned so much from her. We would recommend her childbirth course to those who are looking to dive deeper into topics such as nutrition, stages of labor and what to expect, after delivery preferences and so much more! This class is great for a first time parent or even a seasoned professional wanting to brush up on this important information. Allie also makes the class more engaging and fun with videos and games. I also absolutely loved that she started most classes with a grounding meditation - this made me feel more connected to our baby and centered for the two hours we spent together weekly. Allie creates such a soft, safe and loving space and I'd truly recommend her to anyone
